Em found yoga in her early twenties, she was instantly taken by the physicality of the practice combined with its focus on wellbeing and mental wellness. After maintaining a dedicated yoga practice during her years working with young people as a social worker, Em trained to be a Yoga Teacher at Byron Yoga Centre in 2014 during her first year as a mother. She has since completed several teacher trainings with Power Living, Yoga Therapeutics training with Amy Ippoliti, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Exercise, Yoga for Kids, and SmartFLOW® with Annie Carpenter. Em’s yoga practice has changed and evolved with every new chapter and challenge. As a keen runner and fitness enthusiast Em has used yoga to stretch and lengthen out contracted and fatigued muscles and to build strength, stability, and balance. The spiritual and philosophical teachings of yoga have helped to guide the values and ethics Em lives by. During both of her pregnancies, yoga has kept Em healthy, pain-free, calm, and prepared for birth and motherhood. Em is passionate about yoga for women’s health, yoga during pregnancy, during the postnatal period, and for mammas and bubs and can’t speak highly enough of its benefits during every season of life. What was the hardest experience of motherhood? "The most challenging part of motherhood is balancing the needs of everyone in the family and making sure I am looking after myself too. I know how imperative it is for every mamma to have her own needs met and her own cup full so she is capable of giving herself fully to her family, but how tricky that can be in the midst of the chaos of family life!" What is the most rewarding experience of motherhood? "With two children and two step-children, I love having a big family. The most rewarding part of motherhood is watching love grow and blossom between my children, seeing bonds form and strengthen and witnessing the absolute joy shared between siblings."

Christiana is a mother of two, an accredited Nutritionist and lover of evidence-based nutrition. Her ultimate goal is to cut the confusion and provide you with practical nutrition and food choices that take into account the hectic schedules of mums. This means simple, nutritious, versatile meals. Christiana's areas of interest include women’s health, fertility, endocrine health, digestive health, as well as energy, stress and fatigue management, weight loss, and gain support. Being a mum of two, Christiana understands the busy world you live in and that food can sometimes be consumed mindlessly. She understands the daily grind you're going through and how to combat it in the kitchen, simply and effectively. "After a long day chasing the kids, keeping our lives in order, feeling exhausted, I'm in no mood to cook up something fancy... I save that for the weekends. I want to cook something that can be whipped up quickly, meals that can be batched cook, frozen, and save me the prepping and cooking time. Just because it's quick doesn't mean it can't be tasty and nutritious, right!!?" "One of the hardest things of motherhood with both babies was finding the time to cook dinner. Witching hour, cluster feeding and just feeling exhausted at the end of the day. I still find this challenging I’m not going to lie! That’s why I’ve made freezer friendly meals that are nourishing and will help you feel your best and get you back to that pre mum look and feel." Chris has created a wide range of meal plans to suit the different stages of postpartum, starting from when you get out of the hospital and need to just have healthy nourishing food ready to go, up until after 6 months when you have more routine and can focus on getting your body back. Being a mum is equally as empowering and exhausting. Some days we are supermum and others we feel like nothing goes our way. The most rewarding part of being a mother for me is giving my babies the best I can for that day and showing them positivity even when I’m struggling! Understanding that we are all created differently and may need specialised needs to address specific goals., Christiana offers one on one consultations to help you meet your specific go
